SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Canada: 10–25 business days
- International: 15–40 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and local delivery operations.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not reflect real-time status at all times.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons or promotional events
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs clearance for international shipments
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Public health emergencies or government restrictions
My Kitchen Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control. We do not offer refunds or compensation for shipping delays, provided the order is ultimately delivered.
Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost (no tracking update for 30+ business days) or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@my-kitchengadgets.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost items) or within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Claims for damaged items require photographic evidence of the damage and packaging
- We reserve the right to file a claim with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been placed may not be possible once the item has entered fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please be aware that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations and may arrive on different dates. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
