My tracking number isn't showing any results
Tracking information can take 2-5 business days to update after your order ships. If there's still no update after 5 business days, please contact us at info@my-kitchengadgets.com.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 7-20 business days. International orders may take 15-40 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive it
Please check with your neighbors, building reception, or any safe spots where the carrier may have left the package. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days at info@my-kitchengadgets.com with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
