Highly recommend!

This is the best mandoline vegetable slicer I have ever used. It does an excellent job. It cuts onions perfectly thin. It's also so easy to spiralize with it carrots and make thin ribbons. It has multiple blade options. Slicing cucumbers, potatoes and zucchini with the straight blade results in perfect slices and makes for a very appealing serving.

An amazing mandoline slicer

This vegetable slicer is perfect. The blades have kept their sharpness just as they came out of the box. My kids got used to eat junk food. They don't like to eat vegetables. With this vegetable slicer it is more possible to educate them to eat more vegetables. I especially love to make with this zucchini noodles. With this mandoline it just takes a few seconds and the widths of the noodles is just excellent!
