How to Use an Avocado Slicer

How to use it
Wash the avocado and cut around it lengthwise with controlled pressure. Twist the halves apart. Press the pit-gripping section onto the pit and turn gently to lift it out. Finally, draw the slicing fan through the flesh and scoop the slices from the skin.
For best results
Use an avocado that yields slightly to gentle pressure. An underripe avocado may resist the slicer, while an overripe one can mash instead of forming clean slices. The tool is intended for avocado prep, not for cutting hard fruit or vegetables.
Care and safety
