If you got stuck with a lot of cucumbers and you don't know what to do with them, we have a great recipe idea for use them. Cucumbers are one of the most known vegetables.
Everyone use them from different salads and other cooking recipe. But there is one recipe that I so love and is preparation takes no longer than 20 minutes and if you want lunching something, cucumbers chips is a great option.
Components for cucumber chips:
3 Large cucumbers
Oil spray - for lubricating the mold
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
How to make cucumber chips:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Spray with oil 2 baking molds and put a baking sheet on the bottom.
Spread the cucumbers diagonally for as little slices as possible with a kitchen master mandoline slicer.
Then put them in a large bowl along with oil, salt and garlic powder and mix well so that the cucumbers will absorb all the ingredients well.
Arrange the cucumbers in one layer in the baking molds on baking sheet and place in the oven.
Turn them on the other side after 7 minutes, then lower the oven heat to 150 degrees, and bake until browned and crispy cucumbers, about 10 minutes.
