Spaghetti Bolognese

Best Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients List (4 servings)

1 medium onion peeled
1 clove garlic clove
1 carrot peeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
300 grams of ground beef
100 g tomato paste
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pack of spaghetti 


Spaghetti Bolognese

Preparation (50 minutes)
Cut the onion and garlic into cubes,grind the carrots finely.  you can do it simply with a mandoline vegetable slicer.
Pour the oil into the pot. Using an adult, heat the oil over medium heat. After about a minute, add the onion and garlic to the pot and fry until golden brown. From time to time a wooden spoon is stirred.
When the onion is golden, add the carrots and the meat. you can grind the meat easily with a hand meat grinder Mash and mix with a fork until all the meat turns brown.
 Mix the tomato puree, ketchup, salt water, pepper and sugar in a glass.

Pour into a pot and stir again.
Cover the pot, reduce the heat and cook for half an hour until the sauce becomes thick. From time to time a wooden spoon is stirred.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
Transfer the pasta to serving bowls and pour over the sauce.
