Salmon With Vegetables Recipe

 

Preparation method:

- Sprinkle the pieces with olive oil, 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and 2 crushed garlic cloves, if you want your hands will not get the smell of garlic, I love to use garlic press.

 

Cut the vegetables into small cubes (like salad), It will be easy to cut the vegetables with vegetable slicer. Heat a wide skillet with 2 tablespoons oil and cook the vegetables with lid for 10-15 minutes until they soften.

 Toward the end of cooking, add 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper and stir well.

 

- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a separate pan. Place the fillet on the exposed portion (with the skin facing up) and burn the fish for about 2 minutes on high heat.

Reduce to medium heat, cover and leave for 3 more minutes.

Lift the lid, turn the side flake (this time with the skin part down), sprinkle with green onions.

Cover the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chunks) until the fish is cooked but still soft and juicy.

 

Serve the fish next to the vegetables.
