Lebanese grain salad

This lebanese grain salad is one of the recipes I inherited from my grand mother. It easy to make and it has a lot of healthy and nutritional values. As a 
vegetarian I think is one of the best recipes I've ever made.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups cooked quinoa / cooked oatmeal / pearl barley / whole rice

3/4 cup chopped herbs - coriander, parsley, basil

1 chopped green onion stalks

1 handful of chopped cranberries

1 cup chopped vegetables: cucumber without seeds / tomatoes / carrots / radishes. If you have a vegetable slicer, you can use it.

1/2 fresh red chili pepper, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

Lemon juice from a half lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

As I said, this recipe is easy to make and all you need to do is gently mix all the ingredients togehter.
